Golden Globe nominee, Susan Anton is a recording artist and actress who keeps dazzling audiences with her talent, charisma and ageless beauty. She has shared the stage with such music legends as Frank Sinatra, Sammy Davis Jr., Kenny Rogers, Tom Jones and countless others. She hit the top 10 Country Charts with her very first single, Killing Time and earned a Gold Record in Japan for her mega-hit album Foxy. Her album One Night is a true testament to her tremendous vocal abilities, receiving critical acclaim.

After a 4-year absence from her regular concert series, Anton is currently rehearsing and preparing to re-launch her show in 2015 and take it around the country.  She ensures fans that this newly created show will include favorite elements that they expect and added surprises to delight and entertain.  Susan promises something for everyone.

When the curtain came down on the July, 2000 performance of The Great Radio City Music Hall Spectacular at the Flamingo Hilton in Las Vegas, the occasion marked not only the and of Anton’s longtime association with the production (over 5,000 performances) but a milestone as one of the most enduring and versatile performers in show business.  It was thirty years ago that Anton first burst onto the scene and since then, she has been captivating stage, television and film audiences.  Her five and a half year tenure with The Great Radio City Music Hall Spectacular, preceded by a two year U.S. National Tour of the same production, making her a true veteran of the American theater.  During time off from this show, she headlined her own one woman show to sold-out audiences at the Desert Inn Hotel and brought back to Las Vegas a type of entertainment rarely found today.

The daughter of a detective and the eldest of five children Anton was raised in Oak Glenn, California where she entered and won the Miss California Pageant and went on to become second runner-up to Miss America.  Success soon followed when she inherited the title of Murial Cigar Girl from singer, Edie Adams and appeared on television commercials in this role opposite such budding stars as Treat Williams and Tom Selleck.  Anton soon headlined a production called Turn It On with French heartthrob, Jean-Paul Vignon at Las Vegas’ Hacienda Hotel which led to numerous appearances on The Merv Griffin Show.

Soon Broadway came calling when Anton replaced Candice Bergen in David Rabe’s Tony nominated play Hurlyburly alongside fellow actors Kevin Spacey, Frank Langella and Danny Aiello while under the direction of Mike Nichols. She then starred in the U.S. Touring Company of Neil Simon & Marvin Hamlisch’s They’re Playing Our Song and then toured the U.S. with Elizabeth Ashley in A Couple of White Chicks Sitting Around Talking.  Anton returned to Broadway to co-star with Keith Carradine (and the original Broadway cast) in Tommy Tune’s Will Roger’s Follies. She earned critical praise for her work in Eve Ensler’s The Vagina Monologues at the Alcazar Theatre in San Francisco, the Canon & Coronet Theatres in Los Angeles and the Cashman Center Theatre in Las Vegas.

Fans of the silver screen will remember this blonde beauty from the films Goldengirl, Making Mr. Right with John Malkovich, Cannonball Run 2 with Shirley MacLaine and Burt Reynolds and New Jersey Turnpikes with Kelsey Grammar.

No stranger to the small screen, she starred on the international series Sail Away with Susan Anton, the Travel Channel’s Las Vegas! produced by Anton and her husband Jeff Lester, the ABC series Cliffhangers as well as her own variety show Presenting Susan Anton for NBC.  Anton also appeared on NBC’s popular drama Law & Order: SVU and recurred on the series Baywatch for three seasons.   Other television credits include guest roles on The Larry Sanders Show, The Ben Stiller Show, Blossom, Nick Freno:Licensed Teacher, City Guys, Civil Wars, Quantum Leap, Night Court and Murder She Wrote.  

Susan Anton lives in Las Vegas with her husband, film and television producer, Jeff Lester.
